After a long-year wait, Never Have I Ever season 3 finally knocked on the fan’s door. Yes! It’s returning
The much-awaited Netflix series ‘Never Have I Ever’ finally arrives with season 3 in August. And guess what? The trailer is out! The last two seasons were marked by global fans’ hearts as a teen-rom-com series.
In the third trailer, Devi (Maitreyi Ramakrishnan) makes her relationship with Paxton (Darren Barnet) official at school as a result of which her popularity skyrockets. Will their relationship remain till the end? How excited are you to watch the third season?
‘Never Have I Ever season 3 release date confirmed
On 27th July, the trailer was out. And the release date also confirms that 12th August. The trailer of the third season kicks off with Maitreyi Ramakrishnan’s Devi making her relationship with Paxton (Darren Barnet) official at school as a result of which her popularity skyrockets.
Needless to say in the third season, Devi is going to take you on a romantic-adventure ride. The trailer showcases that it’s not all easy for Devi as her new relationship status comes with its own setbacks with all the popular kids in school giving her the side-eye, and all the students getting shocks.

What will happen in the third Season?
Eleanor (Ramona Young), Fabiola (Lee Rodriguez), and Devi are seen sitting together in the class. At that moment Eleanor tells Devi this dialogue, “The debut of #Daxton was unreal. Your social status has skyrocketed so much that now people hate you.
” Devi starts feeling a bit unsure and when she sees a classmate giving her a hateful stare, Fabiola tells her, “You used to make that face all the time.” Then Devi tells her best friends, “And now my face is so relaxed. That’s why popular people age better.”
Her therapist also points out in the trailer how a relationship isn’t the magical solution to all of her problems.
The trailer also showcases Davi and Paxton sharing some steamy kisses with each other. But just when you think things are going smoothly for Devi, a new guy enters and unlike her description of a “dorky” Indian dude, he’s a rather strikingly handsome boy. It looks like with this new entrant, Devi’s love life may soon once again spin into chaos.
After the first two seasons of the show were received extremely well by viewers, Netflix ordered another season. The third season of the show will have Richa Moorjani, Poorna Jagannathan, Lee Rodriguez, and Ramona Young reprising their characters with John McEnroe returning as the narrator.
The third season of the show is all set to premiere on August 12. Daxton fans are going to be really feeling a myriad of emotions as their ship is about to get endangered with Des’s entry in this season as the quintessential Indian guy.
Recap of first two season
Created by Mindy Kaling and Lang Fisher, this series has been applauded by audiences and fans for its brilliant South Asian representation throughout the first two seasons. Then we see glimpses of Devi going through an emotional turmoil in case of her relationship with Paxton followed by glimpses of Eleanor trying to pole dance and Fabiola saying how she is the horniest person.
Having been previously two-timed, Paxton Yoshida-Hall (Darren Barnet) is unsure if he should make his relationship with Devi public. But she is adamant and upset that their high school romance is not turning out to be the way she had pictured. Despite all the love she feels for Paxton, Devi still harbors feelings towards Ben, which is evident during their interactions.
What happens next is anyone’s guess. Paxton arrives in time for him and Devi to dance. They enter the party all students remain shocked. This is when Ben fixes his stare on the duo. It’s hard to miss the hint of jealousy. And the duo started the dance, Devi said, “I’m Paxton Hall-Yoshida’s Girlfriend now” and the last season ended with their steamy kiss.
