“Cuttputlli” directed by Ranjit M Tewari is a psychological crime thriller. The lead role was cast by film stars Akshay Kumar and Rakul Preet Singh. It is an official remake of the Kollywood blockbuster movie “Rantsasan” in 2018.
Seem like the ‘Cuttputlli’ Hindi film will be released in a direct OTT. DisneyPlus Hotstar got streaming rights to the film.
The Screenplay will be done by Aseem Arora. With that Cinematography will be done by National Award-winning cinematographer Rajeev Ravi. Pooja Entertainmentents was a Production company for the movie “Cuttputlli”. The movie was Produced by industry veteran Vashu Bhagnani.
The OTT made the film announcement on its official Twitter page through an audio teaser. They captioned it with “Cuttputlli ka Khel shuru ho Raha hai. #ComingSoon #CuttputlliOnHotstar @vashubhagnani @ranjit_tiwari @jackkybhagnani @honeybhagnani @poojafilms,” in the social media post.
This movie is already remade in Tollywood. Now, this Bollywood remake is a proud moment for a Kollywood script writer. Maybe in the future, it could remake into any other language. Let’s hope for the best.
