and Black Magic Act, 2013 against four persons.
A further statement from a police officer reads, “The victim woman in her complaint said that her inlaws have been torturing her emotionally and physically since 2013 for dowry and for failing to bear a male kid, and as a result, she has also frequently engaged in black magic rituals.
Recently, a local Tantrik Baba asked them to force women to bathe in public while completely naked under the waterfall and assured them that it would result in her giving birth to a male child.
The woman has also claimed that her signature was falsified, according to the police, in order for her husband to use her property as collateral for a loan of Rs. 75 lakh.
Pune police have filed an FIR and continued their investigation into the matter in response to the victim’s women’s complaints.
