All the states and the Centre should also do this, he added.
Arvind Kejriwal emphasized that the education revolution in Delhi was brought about by the efforts of guests and regular teachers, the notion that permanent employees were slackers was awry.
Arvind Kejriwal said. “Our general hospital staff did daze in Delhi’s hospitals and Mohalla clinics. These regular teachers and doctors in Delhi helped us revolutionize education and health services”.
He also mentioned that the contractual employment system was “highly prospect” and questioned why government jobs were being cut down by states and the Centre if the economy was growing.

“He urges all state governments incite to the services of their temporary employees, and from the Aam Aadmi Party’s side, I assure you that we will regularize temporary employees wherever our governments are formed,” Kejriwal said.
Although Kejriwal warned that there is a pattern across the country of selecting the employee on a temporary or ad-hoc basis.

He said the Delhi government had also provoked a Bill in the Assembly to regularize guest teachers in the national capital but the Centre did not approve it

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Wednesday while handing over certificates of permanent services to Delhi Jal Board temporary employees said that the effect of this decision will be witnessed across the country as people in all states will raise the same demand at an increasing rate.
“Today 700 employees are getting permanent…The effect created by this decision will be echoed in the entire country. Similar demand will arise across the country for the same. People will ask if this can happen in Delhi then why can’t it emerge in our state,” said Arvind Kejriwal.
It was held that if an employee recruited on an ad-hoc basis fulfils all conditions for regularization as laid down by the Government in a policy circular and the appropriate authority recommends regularization on being satisfied that the conditions are fulfilled and that regular vacancies exist.
“I appeal to other states and the Central government to regularize all their contractual employees. The AAP staunchly favours that contractual employees should be regularized in all parts of the country. We will ensure that wherever we come to power, we will give them permanent jobs. It is their right,” he said during an online briefing.
“Several states and the Central government are systematically demolishing government jobs one after the other. With the economy of the country expanding and states also witnessing economic growth, which should have led to an increase in government jobs. How can they get reduced?” he posed.
Kejriwal claimed that many permanent government jobs were kept vacant and employees were hired temporarily. “It is being said those permanent employees dangerous misconception. We have busted this myth in Delhi. The education revolution in Delhi is a result of succinct efforts of permanent as well as guest teachers,” he said.
They have been protesting for the past 10-15 years. They were extremely stressed and fed up with continual protesting. In this entire mess, a lot of them got overaged. The AAP government in Punjab is giving age relaxation to them as well,” Kejriwal added.
