The Supreme Court on Friday relaxed the bail condition of the Kerala High Court, which stated that the song “Varaharoopam” should not be shown in the Kannada film “Kantara” until the final order in the copyright infringement case. The Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) launched its second development flight of the Small Satellite Launch Vehicle, SSLV D-2, and successfully placed three satellites in a 450 km circular orbit. This includes ISRO’s EOS-07, America’s Janus-1 and Chennai’s startup SpaceKidz’s AzaadiSAT-2. The mission took off from the first launch pad of Satish Dhawan Center located in Sriharikota, Andhra Pradesh at exactly 9:18 am. Naba Kishore Das, the minister of health and family welfare for the state of Odisha, died from his wounds after an assistant sub-inspector of police (ASI) fired at him today in the Jharsuguda district. He passed away at the Apollo Hospital in Bhubaneswar, where he had been treated and was in serious condition following the attack.
