Snoop Dogg and BTS
Snoop Dogg can change over time and remain popular year after year. He has produced music spanning many different genres, cementing his place as a true jack of all trades. He has released several albums in his time, with some hits that are loved to date, because of his ability to record and release relevant songs that people still love.
That’s the reason he has survived in the music and performance industry for so long. One of the most recognizable songs by him is from the album R&G (Rhythm & Gangsta): The Masterpiece which is still a favorite for so many people.
On January 25, Snoop posted artwork borrowed from the February 1996 issue of VIBE magazine’s photoshoot, which also featured Suze, Dre, and Tupac. The post features a young Snoop proudly sporting his label chain and medals.
There’s no point in creating amazing songs if you can’t sell them to the world and so, BTS has always made sure that their performances are entertaining, and their shows stand out from the rest. With their sleek dance routine and extremely impressive music videos, their talent stands out every time. From the song Butter to Dynamite their albums are phenomenal.
Most boy band groups in Korea rely on Korean TV for popularity, so when they were touring or going to other countries for concerts, people don’t know them much so they lose the publicity that they could probably get. On the other hand, BTS did it differently as they used social media and relied on their global fans all over the world instead of focusing on television for fans based in Korea.
Last week, J-Hope tested positive for coronavirus. His diagnosis comes just before the group’s departure for America to attend Grammys. BTS is nominated for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance for Butter at the Grammy 2022. where they are also scheduled to perform.
