One killed after two men open fire post-Navratri celebrations, killers nabbed from Gujarat: Mumbai

Mumbai: In a shocking incident two people opened indiscriminately fire at a group scattering after Navratri festivities, in Kandivali west suburb, killing one and harming at least like three others, right off the bat Saturday.
The Kandivali Police and the local crime Branch, which had sent off a manhunt for the obscure attackers, figured out how to follow the team to Gujarat’s Navsari town on Saturday night and captured them, said an authority.

Moving quickly, the Kandivali Police set up a group to follow the executioners and lastly found them in Navsari town as their occurrence struck dread among Navratri revelers.

Before Saturday, local people asserted that the aggressors might be adolescents living nearby and suspected it to be a quarrel killing forto some past hatred, however, the police have not remarked on the thought processes yet.
Deputy commissioner of Police-Zone XI Vishal Thakur said that the police groups are examining different points of the shootout, including from where the firearms were obtained, the specific number of rounds terminated, business or individual contentions, and different issues.
