Actor Jeremy Renner was said to have suffered blunt chest trauma and orthopedic injuries while plowing snow in Nevada’s Reno over the weekend.
Actor Jeremy Renner, popularly known as “Hawkeye” was previously reported to be in critical condition after sustaining traumatic chest trauma and orthopedic injuries while snow blowing in Reno, Nevada, over the weekend. The incident reportedly happened on Sunday, and the actor is currently receiving excellent care after being flown to the hospital.
After the accident, he reportedly underwent two surgeries. His wounds were reportedly severe. He was admitted to a hospital in Nevada on Monday after it became clear that his condition was critical.
His family members have not yet made a comment regarding the specifics of what must have caused the injuries.
To set up all of Renner’s medical transport facilities, deputies partnered with the Truckee Meadows Fire Protection District and REMSA Health. He was flown to a nearby hospital by them.
His accident’s circumstances are being investigated by the Washoe County Sheriff’s Office Major Accident Investigation Team.
The actor had previously suffered fractures in both his left wrist and right elbow while filming the comedy ‘Tag.’

The region where his home is located was said to have received heavy snow this New Year’s Eve.
The actor had posted many videos and photos on his Instagram account showing groups of trees surrounded by significant snow.
One of his captions reads, “How would you feel if your driveway looked like this? I’m so happy Mother Nature dictates my day.”
In the most recent video, he uploaded on Instagram, featuring his holiday highlights reels, he is seen driving in a snow plow and he captioned the video saying, “pave new paths, holiday adventures.”
Earlier he had also posted a video captioned “Nearly done with sledding hill for the kids”.
