Pakistani journalist visit to India, invited by Hamid Ansari. Passed information to ISI.
During an interview, Nusrat Mirza, the Senior Pakistani columnist, with the journalist and political analyst Shakil Chaudhary mentioned that Hamid Ansari visited India a few times. He boasted on camera that he used to pass the information to Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI).
Former Vice-President Hamid Ansari
During his visits to India, he received benefits from Pakistan’s foreign affairs department and enjoyed those privileges.
The video of the interview was shared by Shakil Chaudhary via Twitter that he has uploaded a new video on his YouTube. However, the topic of the video is different but in this interview only the journalist has made claims.
At that time, Khurshid Kasuri served as the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan between November 2002 and November 2007). He was the one who helped the columnist, Mirza, in getting a visa for seven cities. Usually, you only get allowed to visit three cities via visa as mentioned by Mirza in the interview.
According to OpIndia, who were the first to break the news, he even asserted that he had made multiple trips to India,
“I was invited to India at the time when Mohammad Hamid Ansari was the Vice President.”, which was during the Congress rule.
Ansari, a politician and former diplomat of India, served as the country’s 12th vice president from 2007 to 2017.
Mirza claimed to have spied on India and turned over the knowledge he had acquired to ISI, during his visits between 2005 and 2011.
He was also asked about the situation of India and Pakistan regarding peace. He added that it was India’s blame because he thinks that our nation is against peace and wants to finish Pakistan.
How are people reacting to it?
Twitter also got divided into two, one who believes that this is true and others who think it is not true. People are also calling Ansari a traitor, and even India’s worst Vice President.
The former VP has received criticism earlier as well and is often known as ‘Anti-National element’. He has claimed that he doesn’t feel safe in India. Well, is it really him who doesn’t feel safe in India, or is it the other way round?
However, the Pakistani journalist said that because of the lack of leadership skills in Pakistan they didn’t use the information that he provided his nation with but what if the information is really true and could put our nation in danger?
In the name of Democracy, how long it will affect us. Furthermore, if the information is really true, then are we safe? An investigation should be conducted for same as it seems a matter of national security because before that we cannot come to a conclusion ourselves.
In the meanwhile, you tell us do you think as well Hamid Ansari is a threat to the nation or these are just a bunch of false claims by the Pak journalist?
