Formula 1 reported that the Australian Grand Prix will continue to be held in Melbourne until 2035 after a new 10-year agreement was signed by the race organisers.
In 1928, the race was first run, and since 1996, it has been held at the Albert Park circuit in Melbourne.

The race had attracted innumerable crowd in April when it was won by Ferrri of Charles Leclerc after been missed out in 2020 and in 2021 as well because of the COVID-19 pandemic.Â
Formula One President Stefano Domenicali stated that the Australian F1 race has been most loved by all the drivers, fans, and the driver’s team and no other place can be as vibrant and incredible as Melbourne.Â
The organisers stated that this year, nearly 420,000 people gathered to attend the race over four days. The previous record was 401,000 at Melbourne’s inaugural Grand Prix in 1996.Â
The Formula 1 Race has already gained a lot of popularity due to the Netflix series Drive to Survive of the attention from younger audience.Â
