The Indian actors, Ranveer Singh, and Deepika Padukone have purchased a luxurious Bandra flat for Rs 119 crore. The couple currently live in Beaumonde Towers, which is also the address of Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma. Worli is a well-known and affluent neighbourhood.
Rumour has it that the two will soon live next door to Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan. Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone have achieved a new feat! In the Sagar Resham residential complex in Mumbai’s Bandra area, the couple just made a purchase of a quadruplex with a sea view. The lavish residence reportedly cost Ranveer and Deepika a whopping Rs 119 crore!
It is said to be a lavish quadruplex apartment that spans the building’s 16th, 17th, 18th, and 19th levels, and has a view of the sea. There are 19 parking spaces inside the building. Along with 11,266 square feet of carpeting, the property has a 1,300 square foot private terrace. Ranveer and his father’s company paid stamp duty for the sale of Rs. 7.13 crore. The quadruplex, however, came at a total cost of Rs. 118.94 crores.
Ranveer Singh and his father Jugjeet Bhavnani are directors of Oh Five-Oh Media Works LLP, a firm that has purchased the flat in the building that is currently being refurbishment. According to the reports, the contract includes a customization element whereby the contractor will construct the four levels in accordance with the preferences of the actor.
The property is probably going to be actors Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone’s main residence. According to sources, they have been searching for an independent villa in the popular celebrity neighbourhoods of Juhu and Bandra for about three years.
Reportedly, the couple spent 22 crores last year on the second property in Alibaug.
