Falguni Nayar, an M.B.A. graduate from I.I.M. Ahmedabad, decided to work at Kotak Mahindra in banking in a short while following her graduation.

Nykaa is searching for I.P.O. by this year ending or upcoming year. Additionally, the holding company of Nykaa has also been altering from FSN e-commerce Ventures Private Limited to FSN e-commerce Ventures Limited with only the filling of the Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) left on July 26, 2021.

The brand is a way to empower around $539 million, reported after filing the papers with SEBI on August 3, 2021. 

Some leading investors of the platform add– Steadview Capital, T.P.G. Growth, and Lighthouse Funds.
