Inspector Vijay Kumar General of Police, Kashmir Zone killed two Pak Lashkar terrorists in the Bemina area of Srinagar, after a terrorist attack on the Amarnath Yatra. Officer also injured during while facing the terrorists.
In Srinagar, the security forces have executed two terrorists and prevented a major terrorist attack, it took place late at night. Both the terrorists belonged to the banned Lashkar-e-Taiba and were killed in the Bemina area of Srinagar, revealed Vijay Kumar who is an Inspector General of Police, Kashmir Zone.
The officer as well got injured during while facing the terrorists. The encounter had begun when the security forces were given information about the appearance of terrorists in the area. Some sources have disclosed that both terrorists had been sent by their commander Abu Huriara LeT with a mission to attack the approaching Amarnath Yatra.
Adil Hussain Mir a local resident of Pahalgam had been appointed to map out and help the terrorists settle and plan the attack, being a local resident, he was familiar with Pahalgam which is the base of the Amarnath Yatra. This is a big success for the security forces of Kashmir they have saved us from a huge mishappening.
