The I2U2 summit was formed in October 2021 by the four nations. India, Israel (I2), and US and UAE (U2). The partnership with these countries has developed over the years and the formation of the union will prove beneficial to all four nations. India has benefitted from each of the three countries in the last three years and their friendship with them has helped our government.
The vision of the I2U2 summit is ‘to be progressive and practical’. The implementation of the decisions made should be smoothened and done to solve the major economic issues. As stated by PM Narendra Modi, the cooperative framework formed is a good model and will result in practical cooperation during economic uncertainties. The joint investment by the four nations will focus on six important areas namely: water, transport, health, energy, space, and health security.
