Volkswagen has recently stated out that they do not see chip shortage ending this year which is 2022. Before stating a discussion about this particular statement we note that owing to the ongoing situation of covid a lot many industries have incurred losses in their sales margin, thus getting a slight shift in their race towards being the first. Automobile industry also being a part of the race incurred certain losses from all the major manufacturers, thus leading to a slight shift in sales revenue lowering to a certain level and also employment rate getting reduced because of loss of jobs during the lockdown situation.
Also, looking at the present situation of ongoing pandemic crisis we can note that Volkswagen has got a right hint that the shortage of semiconductors could stand out to be an issue in the manufacturing and production of cars ending simultaneously before being brought up in the market, which could create a slight thrift in the Automobile market sector to witness certain losses at a greater margin. Including Volkswagen many companies hope for the situation to stabilise at a certain level in order to regain their companies name and productivity back at its original level, thereby again witnessing a greater sales growth in terms of car pursuing.
