Trance phenomenon Bangtan Sonyeondan (BTS) is enthralling the world with its music and dance routines. With merely a handful of supporters (the official name for their admirers), they sparked a music industry revolution in 2013.
A generation is swept up in their music, choreography, and unisex style. One must first alter oneself before seeking change elsewhere. BTS’ Love Yourself trilogy became a global change in discussion. With BTS’s help, millions of followers worldwide have started incorporating more self-love practices and ways of thinking.
That doesn’t mean BTS is the only one preaching self-love or generating change. Another point: calling the BTS revolutionaries does not exclude other revolutionaries.
Millions of individuals worldwide are actively fighting for positive and radical social, political, environmental, and other changes. BTS is one of many. They are the new global leaders, equals with all change-makers.
BTS attended the 64th Grammy Awards earlier this month at Las Vegas’ MGM Grand Garden Arena, where it was nominated for pop duo/group performance for the second consecutive year.RM, V, Suga, Jin, Jungkook, Jimin, and J-Hope also performed a smooth, jazzy rendition of “Butter” at this year’s Grammys, which featured an appearance from “Driver’s License” vocalist Olivia Rodrigo.
The announcement comes only one day after BTS concluded their mini–Las Vegas engagement, Permission to Dance on Stage, which ran from April 8-9 and again from April 15-16.
Last year, the “Butter” hitmakers debuted their permission to dance on stage during a performance at Inglewood’s SoFi Stadium. A dramatic sequence of scenes from BTS’s music videos flashed shown during the South Korean boy band’s fourth and last consecutive show at Allegiant Stadium.
COMEBACK
BTS is currently preparing their sophomore album, while ending up their ‘Permission to Dance on Stage’ tour at Las Vegas’ Allegiant Stadium.
Big Hit Music revealed the news on Weverse, a global fan community forum. According to an announcement from BigHit Music, BTS will release a new album on June 10, 2022. For the uninformed, recent reports from South Korean media said that BTS would release a full-length album in 2022.
The Grammy-nominated quartet released their next album, dubbed Be with Life Goes On, in November 2020. The pop group’s official Facebook page startled fans on April 17 with a video released to their Twitter account. It chronicles the band’s rise to prominence from its beginning in 2013 to the present.
He slogans ‘WE ARE BULLETPROOF’ and ‘2022.6.10’ were presented at the conclusion of the 50-second film.
The slogan “WE ARE BULLETPROOF,” combined with the BTS emblem, serves as the video’s introduction to a new project. June 10 is notable because it comes during the “BTS Festa” period, which is a fest that BTS conducts annually with their fandom ARMY.
This year celebrates the ninth anniversary of BTS’s debut on June 13.
While Big Hit Music has not yet made an official announcement regarding the group’s comeback schedule, fans can expect additional updates on June 10, approximately 11 months after the release of their most recent single “Permission to Dance” in July and 9 months after the release of “My Universe” with Coldplay.
In reference to BTS’ impending return, a fan said, “So I’m going to say, this was the conclusion of the Dynamite-Butter-PTD era, the final PTD on Stage.” On June 10, 2022, make a comeback.
They’ll tour in support of the new album, which bears a significant resemblance to previous releases/the band’s entire career thus far.
One message is something along the lines of “we are bulletproof together — indefinitely.” and fans are excited to learn about the group’s international tour plan. Twitter is awash with speculation about the venues and dates of BTS’s next tour. Additionally, given all the signals provided thus far, the likelihood of BTS embarking on another global concert tour is rather likely.
